    What I find interesting is that while so many people watch cooking shows, so many food writers and researchers know that they don't cook themselves. This is some of where the term 'food porn came from after all. We watch it for pleasure but we don't actually DO any of it ourselves. Might it be better if people watched less and cooked more?
